Founding Provider Program
We are currently onboarding a limited number of providers in each category as part of the GoldBook Founding Program.
If a category becomes full, new enrollment may be paused. Providers who leave may not be able to rejoin until space becomes available.

GoldBook will be actively promoted within the Solivita community to build steady awareness, so residents know where to go for trusted providers when they need them.

GoldBook includes providers across a range of home service categories, such as home maintenance and repair and home improvement.

Provider Considerations
GoldBook is intended to help Solivita residents navigate their options when selecting home services.
Inclusion is based on a combination of factors, including resident input and other practical considerations..
Providers will be asked to provide:
✔ Business Information
Proof of business registration in the State of Florida
Appropriate insurance coverage
Relevant licenses where required
✔ Community Familiarity
For exterior services: familiarity with Solivita HOA guidelines regarding changes to home exterior.
✔ Customer Approach
Consideration is given to how providers communicate with customers, their responsiveness, and their typical approach to questions or concerns during a project.
✔ Introductory Conversation
Providers participate in a conversation with Goldbook to share information about their services, experience, and approach to working with clients.
This conversation is intended to help understand their background and approach

Each category includes a limited number of providers to keep options simple and manageable for residents.
Each category is limited to up to four providers
Availability is offered on a first-qualified, first-accepted basis
Providers may remain listed based on factors such as participation, resident feedback, and category availability.
