Founding Provider Program
We are currently onboarding a limited number of providers in each category as part of the GoldBook Founding Program.
Month-to-month commitment during the first year
No long-term contract—you can leave at any time
Limited category availability
If a category becomes full, new enrollment is paused. Providers who leave may not be able to rejoin until space becomes available or demand increases.

GoldBook is going to favor those who think long-term strategy. Rates are kept low during the build and awareness phase. .

Provider Requirements
GoldBook is building a curated network of service providers designed to help Solivita residents make confident decisions—especially for important home services.
Participation is selective and based on community fit, professionalism, and verified resident experience.
To be considered for inclusion in GoldBook, providers must meet the following:
✔ Resident Recommendations
A minimum of 3 referrals from Solivita residents
Referrals should be based on actual completed work
GoldBook may contact residents to confirm their experience
✔ Proper Credentials
All businesses must be registered in the State of Florida
Must carry appropriate insurance coverage
Must provide any required trade or professional licenses
✔ Community Fit
Providers for exterior home services must be familiar with Solivita HOA guidelines and requirements related to exterior work
All providers must demonstrate professional communication and reliability
✔ Interview Process
All providers will participate in a 30-minute conversation with GoldBook.
This helps ensure alignment with the community's expectations.
How Providers Are Selected
GoldBook is not an open directory.
Providers are included based on:
Resident input
Meeting GoldBook criteria
Category availability
Our goal is to maintain a small, high-quality group within each service area.
Limited Availability
To maintain visibility and quality:
Each category is limited to up to 4 providers
Availability is offered on a first-qualified, first-accepted basis.
Providers remain on the list as long as they meet GoldBook Standards and satisfaction in the Solivita Community.
